Slow-Cooker Barbecue Chicken

This is a favorite of ours. Easy, delicious, versatile.

Slow-Cooker BBQ Chicken

3-4 chicken breasts (can be frozen)
2 C ketchup
4 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in crock-pot. Add the chicken, coating
each piece in sauce. Cook on high 4 hours. Remove chicken and shred/pull
with forks. Return to pot and stir in sauce to coat. Serve on buns.

**leftovers can be frozen and re-heated for sandwiches, or used to make BBQ
chicken pizza (put on a pizza crust, top with favorite cheeses, onions,
etc.) or used to make BBQ chicken burritos (put on tortillas, add refried
beans, cheeses, etc.)

To nights ago I did this, but because I am lazy and don't plan ahead here is what I did:
1. Put chicken breasts in my terra cotta roasting pan
2. Put some quartered poratoes on top
3. Squoze a whole bottle of bbq sauce on top
4. Put in oven until cooked.

I am considering mixing together things to try yours, though! Very ambitious! :)

I'm making this today...and it smells delicious! I added in a few add'l seasonings... for fun. I can't seem to cook without adding random stuff in... a little curry powder...liquid smoke... some other stuff in the spice cabinet that I can't remember now... ;-) Can't wait to chow down.
